We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team based in Tamworth on a fulltime permanent contract. This is an office based role Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30.

The Sales Support Coordinator primary role will focus on order processing for our Ultra brands, working with a portfolio of customers by providing exceptional consultative insights to anticipate specific customer needs and increase sales. As a Sales Coordinator you will also enhance the customer experience and support their business by proactively identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
Duties
How you will be making the difference......
Contributing towards company targets by way of meeting and/or exceeding set sales targets as an individual and contributing to the teams through order processing and customer aftercare.
Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success by developing positive relationships with customers. Act as a consultative partner to anticipate customers' current and future needs to
generate orders.
Following up samples and quotations, converting these to sales.
Ensuring accounts are constantly aware of active promotions available, follow up and generate new business through own initiative, social media and marketing activity to increase sales.
Resolving conflicts, taking ownership and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
Managing a dedicated Area Sales Managers diary; ensuring customers are visited on a regular basis.
Using internal tools and systems, to manage the day to day running of your data, ensure systems are maintained and updated at all times.
Liaising with other departments including Transport, Accounts, Marketing, Laboratory and Production.
Creating KPI and tracker reports as required by business.
Undertaking duties in accordance with all relevant management systems and controls.
Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for personal growth in order to promote products with greater understanding and confidence
Requirements
What you will need:
Excellent data entry and administration skills
Proven experience of working in a customer sales partnering role and able to demonstrate results
Ability to deliver excellent consultative advice to improve the customer experience and their business to generate sales
Excellent interpersonal skills and rapport building skills
Ability to translate customer account history into opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
Knowledge of CRM software (or equivalent) and MS Office, (MS Excel in particular)
Desirable
Previously gained sales experience within a similar industry
Understanding of sales performance and ability to work to targets
