Main Purpose





Responsible for supporting the end-to-end sales process and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, the role provides assistance from initial enquiry through to quotation, order processing, invoicing, and delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:




Process customer orders and ensure all required information is accurately recorded. Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls and enquiries, delivering a high standard of service throughout the sales cycle. Prepare and issue quotations in line with pricing policies and customer requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Convert accepted quotes into sales orders, verify details, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment. Generate and issue invoices accurately and on time, resolving any discrepancies quickly to maintain customer satisfaction. Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to schedule and track deliveries, keeping customers informed of progress. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Salesforce and ERP systems, ensuring data quality and effective contract management. Assist with the preparation of customer documentation, proposals, and follow-up actions. Support contract retention by maintaining regular customer communication and identifying areas for improvement. Work closely with the external sales team, finance, and operations to support smooth handovers and resolve issues promptly. Build strong relationships with customers by providing proactive communication and exceptional service.Promote a "one team" approach and contribute to cross-functional collaboration across Bender UK.



Key Attributes:




Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident with CRM systems and MS Office Prioritisation and work well with internal teams Excellent time management skills. Commercially savvy with strong prioritisation and planning skills. Ability to learn Bender UK engineering terminology. Good communication and administrative skills. Computer literacy with good attention to detail. Experience working in a busy sales department. Customer service experience, preferably in a business-to-business organisation. Sales and commercial experience is preferable. Chartered sales status (ISP etc.) is advantageous.

Salary and Benefits:







Salary: Up to 30,000
