Overview


We are seeking a proactive and organised

Internal Sales Coordinator

to join our commercial team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating spare parts sales, assisting with warranty and repair communications, and ensuring seamless information flow between customers and internal departments.

Acting as the central contact point for incoming sales activity, this role is essential in maintaining high service standards, accurate order handling, and timely customer responses.

Responsibilities



1. Support the formulation of plans and provide advice to Directors on how to maintain an efficient, progressive and effective internal sales support and customer service process.

2. Design, implement, maintain and continually improve systems, tools and processes that enhance customer experience, enquiry handling, order fulfilment and communication.

3. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and internal departments to ensure responsive service excellence across phone, email and digital media.

4. Communicate effectively internally and externally to ensure market and customer intelligence flows into the business to support decision-making and marketing insight.

5. Liaise closely with production to ensure accurate planning and on-time delivery of equipment aligned with customer requirements.

6. Ensure sales, service and marketing objectives are implemented, measured, monitored and delivered within expected timeframes.

7. Develop and manage spare parts sales processes including enquiry handling, pricing support, order placement, parts identification, confirmations, aftersales follow-ups and promotional activities to maximise revenue and customer loyalty.

8. Maintain appropriate skills and resources to meet internal sales and marketing requirements.

9. Support colleagues by sharing information as required.

10. Promote collaborative working practices across functions including knowledge sharing, coordinated messaging and communication of business-critical information.

11. Report regularly to the Commercial Manager on performance, activity, issues and recommended actions.

12. Support sales forecasting and budgeting using agreed tools.

13. Coordinate marketing activity and support promotion of products, services and events across all digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand representation.

14. Co-ordinate warranty and customer repair enquiries including claim validation, parts identification, cost approval, customer communication and resolution tracking to ensure timely and professional after-sales support.

Qualifications



o Proven experience in an internal sales, customer service, service administration or sales support role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise enquiries, manage workloads and coordinate information across departments. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident telephone manner. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using CRM or order management systems. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production, service and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Previous experience in spare parts administration, technical product support or aftersales coordination is advantageous but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
