Optibelt UK are the UK sales and service division of Optibelt GmbH - a global manufacturer of transmission belts and associated products.
We require an experienced internal sales / customer service person to join the small team within our busy sales office. Full training will be given.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering customer enquiries received via phone and e-mail.
Providing product and 1st tier technical support (training will be given).
Management of customer accounts.
Producing quotations and advising on stock availability.
Receiving and processing orders.
General office duties.
Candidate Requirements:
Internal sales / Customer service experience gained within an industrial, business to business environment.
Excellent verbal, written and numerical skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
Ability to work confidently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
A keen attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience of common office programs e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook
O'level / GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in Maths & English
Beneficial:
Level 3 / HNC or equivalent vocational qualification in a technical or engineering subject
Experience of SAP
