About the role:



Reporting into General Manager





Generate and build new business for all agreed target markets via the telephone. Research and target markets to maximise growth.

To ensure the business and relationships with nominated customer accounts are maintained, developed, and strengthened, with the overall aim of exceeding all agreed sales targets.

You'll have a positive outlook that will help you thrive in the achievement of the following daily responsibilities:


Drive sales growth promoting products/services to prospective and existing customers, whilst adhering to set KPI's, to increase overall sales value. Achieve all sales targets set by the company, including annual, monthly, promotional, product, account and initiatives, to drive business forward. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, understand customer needs identifying new sales and new customer opportunities, to increase sales revenue and customer base. Identify new leads through networking and other lead generating techniques, to increase market share.



What are we looking for?


Proven successful sales history and account management experience (minimum 2 years). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good analytical skills. A self-motivated, ambitious individual with the ability to build and successfully execute sales plans. Independent and team player. Ingenuity. Always act as a professional ambassador for ADP Diamond Cutting Solutions Ltd and the brands it represents.
