The Internal Converged Sales Executive is responsible along with the team in achieving published sales and profit targets across the Infrastructure, Security and Networking (Converged) revenue streams. It is essential that the individual as an aptitude for developing their knowledge in a range of products across Structured Cabling Systems and IP Based products covering our Security and Networking streams as well as their skills and ability in a sales driven role. General responsibilities include but are not limited to:



Focusing on growing, meeting and exceeding departmental revenue and gross profit targets across the Converged revenue streams. Ensure all quotations and enquiries are maximized by:
Ensuring cross/up selling is being conducted and That they are all followed up efficiently and effectively. Have the ability and willingness to self develop in terms of product and vendor knowledge to ensure that the majority of quotations and queries can be resolved efficiently and effectively Increasing the number of customers who purchase across multi-product revenue streams Ensure that following training a sound understanding of partner vendor programmes and associated discounts are understood and retained Sharing of product knowledge to working colleagues Administration of quotations and orders including the registration of project opportunities Updating of the company CRM system as required to ensure that the relevant contact information is up-to-date where this is found to be incorrect, also to utilise this system for the setting of tasks


Success in this role relies on knowledge of the products and industry, a technical aptitude, sales and customer service driven professional and the ability to process orders and quotations timely and efficiently.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO EXCEL?





Educated to GCSE Standard including Maths and English Grade C or above Experience in a professional services sales environment Proven track record of consistently meeting/ exceeding targets Knowledge of Mayflex's products & services
