Joseph Ash Galvanizing Bridgend, who are part of the Joseph Ash Group, are currently looking for an Internal Sales Executive. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play vital part in supporting our commercial team by handling inbound enquiries, generating new business leads, quoting jobs, and completing administrative duties relative to the role.

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in a sales, commercial, or a customer service role (B2B or manufacturing preferred) Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems Proactive, enthusiastic, and commercially minded Is goal & results driven, with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the success of the company Is organised and self motivated Has strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines Has excellent written, oral and communication skills

Your Day to Day:

As an Internal Sales Executive you will be primarily responsible for generating customer appointments and prospecting in order to maximise sales in a challenging, target driven environment. Your core responsibilities will be:

Generate and qualify leads using internal systems and external sources Handle inbound enquiries from new and existing customers via phone and email Build relationships with customers and prospects to understand their needs Prepare and send accurate quotations in a timely manner Follow up on quotes and convert opportunities into orders Support the wider commercial team with customer engagement and reporting Maintain the customer database
