Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our Chipping Norton office. This role is ideal for someone with proven sales experience who enjoys speaking to people, is comfortable on the phone, and has the drive to hit and exceed targets. You will be provided with warm leads to contact, full training will be given on our products and services, but you will already have the confidence and skills to deliver results in a sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting customers and following up on warm leads. Confidently and professionally engaging with clients over the phone. Understanding customer requirements and guiding them to appropriate finance solutions. Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets. Accurately updating and maintaining our CRM system with all interactions. Working collaboratively with the wider team to drive business growth.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a sales or target-driven role (essential). Highly confident and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone. Motivated by achieving and exceeding targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused. Organised and able to manage follow-ups efficiently. Driving licence is desirable but not essential.
