At SealPrem, we've been a trusted manufacturer and supplier of specialist sealing products to the roofing and cladding sector for over 30 years. As we enter an exciting new chapter of growth--we're looking for a proactive Internal Sales Executive to strengthen our commercial team.
The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales pipeline--from responding to inbound enquiries to generating quotes, converting leads, and strengthening customer relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on providing excellent service, enjoys working collaboratively, and is comfortable in a fast-paced, B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound enquiries and provide quick, accurate responses
Outbound sales call to our current sales ledger to grow product basket.
Prospecting leads for new business across the industry.
Prepare and follow up on quotes to help convert them into sales
Support our external sales team with internal coordination
Maintain accurate records via our CRM/ERP systems
Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
Help streamline sales processes and contribute to reporting
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in internal sales or a sales support role
Strong IT and admin skills (MS Office, CRM/ERP systems)
Confident communicator--both written and verbal
Well-organised, accurate, and detail-oriented
A team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn
Ideally with knowledge of the construction or building products sector
Ability to work on own initiative
Based within commuting distance of Scunthorpe
