Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Warrington who can provide exemplary customer service. They will be responsible for account management and building positive relationships with clients by ensuring that our products are supplied timely and fit for purpose. The role will involve following up sales opportunities from initial enquiry to product delivery across all allocated accounts.
Responsibilities
- To follow up and generate opportunities by telephone and email.
- Ensure timely and accurate follow up of all opportunities and activities within CRM.
- Generate additional sales opportunities within your allocated client base including cross selling and upselling
- Maintain all client data systems in real time, as directed, to ensure all records and subsequent reporting and forecasting are accurate.
- Provide exemplary customer service, presenting a professional company image at all times.
- Process all quotes and orders accurately and in a timely manner for all clients.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to identify their requirements and maintain our relationships.
- Keep customers informed of the progress of their orders and ensure that they are notified of any possible delays.
- Keep up to date with all Ted Todd & Woodworks products, including new products and discontinued lines.
- Be proactive in acquiring technical knowledge of flooring and installation.
- Execute the responsibilities of a company employee acting in a lawful and ethical manner in accordance with your contract of employment and Employee Handbook.
- Work with Line Manager to manage own professional development, including performance appraisal and identifying and meeting training needs in order to ensure competence and compliance
- Any other ad hoc duties that may be reasonably requested of you.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, idaeally within the interior design or manufacturing sectors.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer preferences.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
