As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Executive to help drive new business opportunities and support the wider sales process from within our team.
This is an office-based sales support and development role where you'll play a vital part in identifying new leads, nurturing client relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, and coordinating with our customer-facing teams -- all to help convert interest into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Qualification
Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing leads via phone and email
Research and identify prospective dental practices planning refurbishments or upgrades
Monitor planning portals and industry sources for project leads
Qualify and route leads to the external sales team as appropriate
Internal Sales Support
Collaborate closely with field sales, marketing, and service teams to progress opportunities
Maintain accurate data in Salesforce CRM to track activity and performance
Assist in the preparation of quotes, proposals, and product information
Customer Engagement
Conduct regular check-in calls and emails to existing clients to identify new needs or referral opportunities
Help manage ongoing relationships and ensure client satisfaction during early engagement
Support bookings and follow-up for CPD training and events
Market Intelligence
Track competitor activity and report relevant insights to sales and marketing
Support campaign execution by providing feedback on messaging and lead quality
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills, especially in managing client relationships via phone and email
Comfortable working with CRMs like Salesforce to manage contacts, leads, and sales activity
Highly organised and process-driven, with attention to detail and follow-through
A proactive team player who can take initiative and support wider business development goals
Experience in a B2B internal sales, customer service, or marketing support role preferred
Familiarity with the healthcare or dental sector is an advantage, but not essential
