Due to continued growth we are seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Executive (Sheet Metal)



Role Profile:



The Internal Sales Executive drives revenue growth by converting quotations into confirmed sales while actively promoting the company's products and services. The role provides support to Sales Account Managers and manages HubSpot, forensic leads, and Category C & D accounts.





Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Operations teams, this role ensures customers receive timely, efficient, and effective solutions, while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross sell.




Key Responsibilities:




Quotation Management & Conversion





Prepare and follow up on quotations to secure orders.



Proactively chase outstanding enquiries to maximise conversion rates.



Manage Category C & D accounts to maintain and grow business opportunities.



Track and manage all sales activity in HubSpot to ensure accurate pipeline visibility.



Champion the management and conversion of forensic leads into confirmed sales

Customer Engagement





Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries.



Build strong relationships with current, former, and potential customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.



Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs.



Address client issues and concerns professionally and efficiently.

Sales Planning & Delivery





Support the delivery of the company's sales plan in collaboration with the wider Sales team.



Generate and qualify leads through targeted outbound activity where required.



Lead the process for managing and converting forensic leads into sales.

Account Support





Assist and follow up on accounts managed by Sales Account Managers.



Manage smaller or dormant accounts, reactivating business where possible.

Collaboration & Reporting





Work with internal teams (Production, Operations and Marketing) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.



Maintain accurate and up to date records of all sales activity within the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).



Provide regular reports on pipeline, conversion rates, and sales performance.



Act as a HubSpot and Sales Forensics champion, promoting best practices and process adherence.

Additional Responsibilities





Persuade prospects that the company's products or services best meet their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.

Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes:




Ideally you will have previous experience in a B2B sales office, whether that in a sales role, and account manager role, or even an admin or customer service role where you are looking to take the next step up. Having experience in an engineering /manufacturing/sheet metal industry would be advantageous, however having the ability to communicate well and build good relationships with customers is the main requirement. Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is highly desirable.. Confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), with the ability to quickly learn new software systems Commercial awareness - understanding the sales process Demonstrate a professional & courteous attitude Act with integrity & honesty Positive attitude to innovation & change Looking to build a career in a fast-growing business.




This position is required to be 100% site based.
