Is one of the most diverse privately owned industrial labelling and industrial graphics manufacturing businesses in the UK, operating from our 6 sites in Lye, West Midlands (HQ) Abingdon, Bicester, Loughborough, Royston and Wiltshire.

We have recently doubled our business though acquisition and this means we have a significant number of existing customers that need to be contacted and developed. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to strengthen our internal sales teams.

We are looking to recruit 2 outstanding sales personnel that are looking to further develop their careers and join our team at our site in Lye, West Midlands.

Job Role

Initially the roles will be internally based but could see the roles developing into a hybrid internal/external sales role, if the successful applicants would like to develop the role in this way.

Key Tasks

Sourcing of new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls and emails to existing customers. Our extensive marketing and online shopping sites generate orders daily that will lead to qualifying and researching new customers and maximising other opportunities for all group sites. Drive growth not just for the industrial labelling but also spot opportunities for the Industrial graphics division Understand customer needs and requirements Work as part of close and supportive business

We are preferably looking for:

Proven experience in sales, pre-sales, in a labelling or print environment Strong technical understanding of labelling or print Good computer and Microsoft office skills Excellent communicator with strong presentation and client engagement skills.

26 days holiday per annum with long service days rising to 29 + public holiday (pro-rata)

Company works place pension (after qualification period)

Death in service benefit (Annual Membership)

Staff are paid as normal for 37.5 hours but work only 36.

Our working week is Monday to Thursday 9 hours per day, with paid lunch break.

However, the compressed week does have the need for working 1 x Friday (4 hours) every third/fourth week with less working hours Monday-Thursday. The Friday working could be home based.
