About the Role



We are seeking a proactive and motivated Internal Sales & Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team at Roche AV PRO.
This role is centred around identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities while providing day-to-day support to the sales team.

You'll take ownership of generating and nurturing leads through proactive outreach, research, and digital engagement, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects.
In addition, you'll provide occasional support with marketing and CRM-related tasks on an ad hoc basis to help streamline our sales operations and campaigns.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and technology, offering clear progression into Business Development or Account Management roles.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Sales Development



Research and identify potential clients through online tools, frameworks, and industry platforms. Engage with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualify opportunities and book meetings. Support external sales staff by maintaining a consistent pipeline of warm leads. Record and track all prospecting activity within the CRM (Maximizer/HubSpot/Salesforce or similar). Achieve monthly KPIs relating to call volumes, meetings booked, and qualified leads.

Sales Support



Prepare introductory proposals, follow-up emails, and client documentation. Schedule client calls, demonstrations, and site visits for the external sales team. Provide updates on project enquiries and ensure the CRM remains accurate and up to date. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments when required to support quotations and delivery timelines.

Ad Hoc Marketing & Administrative Support



Occasionally assist the marketing team with website updates, campaign follow-ups, or data segmentation. Respond to web chat enquiries or inbound requests where appropriate. Support the analysis of marketing campaign results and share feedback with sales management.

Skills & Experience



Experience in lead generation, telesales, internal sales, or sales support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- confident speaking to new contacts daily. Strong organisation skills with attention to detail and follow-up discipline. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Maximizer, HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a sales career in a fast-paced environment.
