Internal Sales Manager - Denaby, Doncaster



OQEMA are one of the leading chemical distribution companies for commodities and specialities within Europe and as part of our investment programme for the site, we are looking to expand the team and are seeking an Internal Sales Manager (telesales) based in our office in Denaby, Doncaster.

Working within the chemical distribution industry, we are looking for candidates who have previous experience within a telesales role, along with a strong proficiency in the use of MS office.

Hours of work are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday and are office based.

The role will involve;

Be responsible for meeting or exceeding my own individual budget ensuring success of the group budget of the Sector. Prepare sales quotes for customers Build, manage and convert the sales pipeline Make an agreed number of customer contacts per week Manage and develop my customer accounts, portfolio and market territories Grow existing Customer spends, improve profitability, and develop the sales product portfolio Identify new customers, upsell services to all customers. Manage and create strong, trusted relationships with customers to maintain, grow and improve profitability Work with customers and the Sales and Finance team to agree and set terms of trade Identify and develop new business opportunities and business development Ensure compliance with Company, national and international legislation and statutory law (within reason) Manage and support the Sales Support team when undertaking work for your sector, help mentor sales support team. Work closely with the procurement team to ensure product requirements are sourced and met.
Working Monday to Friday, we offer a competitive salary, commission and benefits package. This is a great opportunity for someone has previous experience within a telesales function.

The position is required to be fulfilled immediately and is based onsite at our offices in Denaby, Doncaster five days per week within our friendly team.
