We're hiring a motivated Internal Sales person to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based role combining taking incoming sales calls, order processing, Admin support and outreach to current customers.
Key Responsibilities
Taking Incoming sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
Processing incoming orders and Enquiries via Salesforce CRM system.
Secure opportunities to quote or propose solutions based on prospect requirements.
Maintain accurate records of activity, contacts, and outcomes in Salesforce.
Follow up on inbound or marketing-generated leads.
Making outbound calls to previous customers/prospects.
Consistently build and manage a healthy pipeline to meet targets
What We're Looking For
Previous telesales experience (B2B highly desirable)
Track record of speaking to customers and generating qualified opportunities.
Confident, persuasive communicator with excellent listening skills
Resilient and proactive with a target-driven mentality
Comfortable discussing technical products in a clear, benefit-led way
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time and workload effectively
CRM experience (preferably Salesforce) is an advantage
Interest in industrial sectors is beneficial but not essential
