Internal Sales Representative (Conversion Expert)

This is not a cold-calling role.
It is a high-intent, inbound-conversion position focused on helping customers who have already shown interest, submitted a quote, created a cart, or engaged with our products.
Your role is to respond quickly, support customers through the buying process, and help convert warm opportunities into orders.
What You'll Do
Follow up with customers who request quotes
Help customers finalise specifications and place orders
Call customers who have started, but not completed, an online order
Engage logged-in users who show buying intent
Provide guidance on products, options and turnaround times
Prioritise warm, high-value opportunities
Keep accurate notes and follow-up tasks in our internal system
Work collaboratively with colleagues in production and customer service
This is a structured role focused on excellent communication, commercial awareness, and consistent follow-through.
Who You Are
Confident, friendly and proactive on the phone
Comfortable working to targets and structured workflows
Able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple conversations
Organised, persistent, and commercially minded
Strong communicator across phone, email and messaging
Someone who enjoys helping customers make decisions
Able to pick up product knowledge quickly
Experience in sales, telesales, inside sales or account management is beneficial but not essential.
