Hours:



Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break) Saturdays (1 in 3): 8:30am - 11:30am (rotating basis)
About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven

Internal Sales Representative

to join our team in Cradley Heath. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in

wholesale sales

who enjoys building strong customer relationships, developing new business, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Identify potential clients through research, networking, and proactive outreach. Handle incoming enquiries, provide quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximise outreach efforts. Support the external sales team where required. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client needs. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
About You - Skills & Experience

Proven experience in

B2B/wholesale sales

with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms for both the company and clients. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction. Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficient IT skills for utilising various software applications and tools effectively. Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Well-developed organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Valid driving licence with the ability to travel for client meetings if required.
