Description and Requirements



The Platinum 360 team is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales Representative to manage and nurture relationships with a selection of our largest trading partners. This pivotal role requires a proactive individual who can deliver exceptional service, drive sales growth, and strengthen our position as a trusted partner within the industry.



Main Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key trading partners, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.

Identify opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services.

Collaborate with external sales teams and other internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Respond promptly and professionally to partner enquiries, providing accurate product information, quotations, and order updates.

Manage the pipeline across the full Lenovo 360 portfolio and improve closure and win rates

Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and report on sales activity and results.

Assist in resolving any issues or concerns raised by trading partners, ensuring swift and effective solutions.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product developments relevant to assigned accounts.



Key Skills and Experience:



Minimum 3 years proven experience in an internal / external sales or account management role, ideally working with a vendor, reseller or distribution partner.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. (MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS365 Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)

Results-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Knowledge of the IT market and industry sector is advantageous.
