What You'll Do
Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via phone and email, quickly assessing fit and urgency
Update and manage lead data in our CRM to maintain 100% accuracy
Qualify prospects
Collaborate with marketing to optimise campaigns and follow up on warm leads
Follow up on quotes for small-scale project work and close orders independently
Who You Are
1-2 years' experience in telesales or inside sales, ideally B2B
Confident on the phone with a clear, engaging manner
Target-driven and resilient under pressure
Organised, process-oriented and tech-savvy
Eager to learn and open to coaching
