We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills, who is driven to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven inside sales experience
Track record of over-achieving targets
Strong phone presence whilst communicating with both existing and prospect customers
Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and basic presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Roles & Responsibilities:
Regular communication with prospect companies and existing customers through various channels, mainly via outgoing telephone calls and emails.
Respond to incoming new business enquiries in a timely manner providing a professional first contact and seeing the enquiry right through to first order.
Conduct due diligence on any new enquiry highlighting any conflicts or adverse findings prior to perusing the lead.
Ensure new prospects and existing customers are fully up to date with all the product we offer along with all the relevant schemes, offers, support we provide.
Assist the sales & customer experience manager with various reports relating to sales and in particular new business using the CRM system and excel spreadsheets.
Work to targets set by the manager for outgoing telephone calls on a daily and weekly basis.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Support
Assist in answering incoming telephone calls that come in to the business and deal with them appropriately.
Help organise marketing material to be sent to customers as required and in a timely manner including but not restricted to: samples, brochures, merchandise.
Assist with the organisation of customer training when required.
Assist scheme administrator with all aspects of the company installer schemes.
Assist in any customer service-related issues if required
