Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth. Liaising with allocated accounts.
Conduct negotiations with clients to secure orders and close deals effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assisting external sales with customer enquiries and promotions.
Monitoring sales back orders.
Placing purchase orders.
Quoting tenders.
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales or a related field is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between client locations.
