Role Overview:

As an

Internal Sales Representative

, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical advice, processing enquiries and orders, and supporting external sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the engineering supply industry, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales orders Provide product information and technical support (training will be provided where necessary) Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities Work closely with external sales representatives to support key accounts Liaise with suppliers to check availability, pricing, and lead times Ensure accurate records are maintained in the company's CRM or sales system Support general office and counter sales duties when required

Requirements:

Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in the bearings/power transmission or PPE industry) Good knowledge of bearings, mechanical components, PPE or industrial supplies (desirable) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Good organisational and time management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work well in a team and under pressure A positive, customer-focused attitude
