What You'll Do
Manage and service the spares and equipment needs of key UK customers.
Handle customer queries and orders with speed and professionalism.
Deliver consistent, outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
Support sales and profit targets by maximising order activity.
Ensure high standards of order processing, administration, and communication.
What We're Looking For
Experience in internal sales, order processing, or customer service in a fast-paced environment (ideally within parts distribution, engineering spares, or PPE).
Strong communication and organisation skills, with a passion for first-class service.
Hands-on approach--you enjoy dealing directly with customers and solving problems.
Product knowledge is a plus, but not essential--training will be provided.
