Internal Systems Builder

The Role

We're hiring an Internal Systems Builder, someone who thrives on making things work behind the scenes. This is a hands-on, high-impact role working directly with our founder to design and build the internal tools that keep Loadscreen running smoothly.

You'll use tools like Make.com, Glide, ClickUp, and Google Sheets to automate campaigns, streamline payments, connect data flows, and build intuitive dashboards for both staff and creators. You'll be the person who translates innovative ideas into clean, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with the founder to scope and deliver internal tools that increase workplace efficiency Build automations using Make.com and ClickUp for task tracking, campaign ops, and finance sync Design and manage internal dashboards in Glide to display payments, campaign data, and creator information Maintain and improve our quote builder tool, creator database, and task workflows Troubleshoot and refine systems as the company scales or new needs arise Create clear documentation for all company systems

Who you are

You're a tinkerer, someone who's passionate about figuring out how things work You've worked with no-code tools like Make (Integromat), Zapier, Glide, Airtable, Notion, or similar You're technically curious and a creative problem solver You're organized, detail-oriented and can work independently You can communicate complex technical workflows clearly, especially across multi-disciplined teams
Bonus points for:

Experience with ClickUp, Google Sheets formulas, Glide, or Make Experience with any programming language(s) Experience working with creators, agencies, or production teams Experience working in remote teams or startup environments
