Hours:

Full Time (40 hours per week, including 1 hour paid lunch each day) We offer flexibility of working hours and would consider a 4 day week for this role.


Location:

Bristol (hybrid) We ask all Signabuddies to come into the office at least 3 x per quarter. But for this role, we'd like you to join us in the office up to twice a month as our team gets together in person more regularly.

What you will be doing





This is a brand-new role for Signable as we enter an exciting period of growth!



Reporting into our Head of People, you'll join a small but mighty People & Culture team of three, playing a key role in how we find, hire, and support brilliant people to join us.



You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, through to creating role profiles, sourcing and assessing candidates, and managing offers.



You'll also help us build strong talent pipelines, promote internal opportunities, and support career development across the team. Alongside this, you'll contribute to wider People projects such as diversity and inclusion, employer branding, onboarding, and employee engagement - making this a varied, impactful role right at the heart of our growth journey.

Main responsibilities




Manage end-to-end internal recruitment processes, from job posting and shortlisting to offer management. Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create effective role profiles. Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support succession planning and internal mobility. Promote internal opportunities to the team and encourage career development. Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments, ensuring fair and transparent processes. Provide guidance to managers on recruitment best practice, employment law, and equal opportunities. Maintain recruitment data and metrics, reporting on time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience. Support employer branding initiatives, including careers communications and staff referral schemes. Ensure compliance with GDPR, safeguarding, and organisational policies throughout recruitment activity. Contribute to HR projects such as diversity and inclusion, onboarding, and employee engagement.


Our ideal candidate:




Demonstrable experience of hiring within a high-growth business (ideally tech) Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner with teams and hiring managers across the business. Strong knowledge of UK employment law, recruitment best practice, and diversity principles. Extremely organised with high attention to detail. Experience of using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously



It's a massive bonus if you have:




Experience in employer branding or workforce planning. Knowledge of psychometric testing or assessment centres
