This is a fixed term contract opportunity (up to 12 months) based at NPL in Teddington, with hybrid working you'll be based on-site
once per week.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to act as a delivery consultant to join our high-performing internal talent team. Supporting the hiring of technology, science research, engineering and business functional roles within the STEM sector, you will take ownership of talent delivery, market mapping, candidate engagement, and campaign execution. This role is ideal for a proven recruitment delivery consultant who thrives in a unique environment and is ready to operate with greater autonomy and market influence.
Delivery
Working with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver effective recruitment strategies within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
Conduct internal and external candidate vetting conversations to assess role suitability while utilising market knowledge
Effectively sell NPL benefits
Build targeted lead lists based on market research, past placements, and candidate movements
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
Source and engage with internal and external candidates across the STEM sector
Review, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for active and future opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with talent, mapping their preferences and aligning them with role demands
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through to placement and beyond.
Data Accuracy
Maintain up-to-date candidate records and lead information in the internal ATS
Structure candidate data to support campaign activity and targeted outreach.
Log all relevant candidate and market intelligence to inform future client engagement
Stakeholder engagement
Work closely and engage with hiring managers, talent talent, and the wider people team to delivery on expectations and priorities.
Contribute to hiring manager conversations with the Talent Acquisition Specialist
Share market intelligence to support cross-area collaboration.
Key Skills & Experience:
Experience in a delivery, resourcing, or candidate management role within recruitment, preferably in an internal recruitment environment
Experience with Bullhorn, ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience in effective job advert writing
Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
Strong background in recruitment administration including interview organisation
Commercially minded with the ability to spot and act on potential leads or patterns in candidate movement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
