Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Talent Manager to join our dynamic human resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organisation. This position requires strong relationship management skills, the ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike. The Talent Manager will utilise various tools and platforms, including Internal Systems, ATS, and social media, to enhance our recruitment efforts.

Duties



Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process. Engage in lead generation activities to build a pipeline of potential candidates through networking and social media management. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection. Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.

Qualifications



Proven experience in recruitment Fire and Security an advantage. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on relationship management. Experience with lead generation techniques and social media management for recruitment purposes. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
