Internal Telesales Executive
to join our team in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
In this role, you'll use a mix of traditional telesales techniques and digital engagement--such as LinkedIn messaging and social media interaction--to generate new business opportunities. You'll be a key player in driving growth for one of the region's leading logistics providers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective business clients to introduce PAB Logistics services
Initiate and maintain outreach via LinkedIn messaging and other social media platforms to engage new prospects
Follow up on inbound leads and develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers
Understand client needs and promote tailored transport and logistics solutions
Book appointments and sales meetings for the external business development team
Maintain accurate records and activities within the CRM system
Work to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Support marketing efforts by nurturing leads from digital campaigns and tracking interactions
Key Requirements
Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar B2B role
Comfortable using LinkedIn, social media, and digital platforms for lead generation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills--both verbal and written
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
What We Offer
12.21 per hour (approx. 25,396.80 annually)
