What will you be doing?
Training Design and Development
Identify training needs across the business through consultation with managers, feedback and performance data
Design training materials, sessions, handouts and elearning content tailored to the business
Facilitate training with subject matter experts
Keep training content current, relevant and aligned with company policies, procedures and strategy
Training Delivery
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in various formats, such as inperson, online, blended, 1:1
Adapt delivery style to suit different learning preferences and levels of experience
Ensure all mandatory training is delivered and tracked
Reporting & Communication
Report regularly on training activity, completion rates and outcomes
Highlight gaps, risks or opportunities to L&D Manager
Communicate clearly with employees about training schedules, expectations and follow up actions
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Collect feedback from participants through anonymous surveys, assessments and observations
Evaluate effectiveness of training programs against agreed objectives
Recommend improvements to training programs based on feedback and business needs

Technical proficiency
Adaptability
Proven experience in delivering training sessions, workshops, or onboarding programs
Experience in developing training materials
Exposure to evaluating training outcomes and making improvements
Background in the telecommunications or IT industry
Recognised training qualification (e.g., CIPD L&D, TAP, Train the Trainer, or similar)
Experience in designing digital/elearning content
Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and training reporting
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
