Job Title: Internal Verifier / IQA - Hospitality
Location: Home based - Must be flexible with travel as required
Salary: 32,000
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a recognised IQA qualification.
• Must have experience of verifying Hospitality Apprenticeships (Front of House and/or Back of House)
• Must possess solid, occupational experience within the Hospitality sector (Front of House and/or Back of House)
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Must be flexible with travel as required.

Role duties:

• Internal Verification / Quality Assurance of Hospitality Apprenticeships (Front of House and/or Back of House)
• Develop, plan and execute Quality Improvement Plans, driving and promoting continuous quality improvement and outstanding teaching and learning.
• Conduct regular standardisation meetings, as well as observations of teaching and learning.
• Ensure the timely achievement of learners.
• Update and maintain sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisations requirements.
