You will ideally be based in the Lichfield / Cannock area.

Wade Construction are looking to recruit a professional all rounder multi skilled interior multiskilled, with good knowledge and experience in the housing repairs sector. We are looking for highly skilled, customer focused operatives who will be involved in carrying out Internal Repair Work & Maintenance in occupied and void properties.

Experience in housing internal maintenance/repair essential.

The successful candidate will be a talented multi-skilled tradesperson and must have excellent communication skills, outstanding customer service, a right first time approach and an in-depth working knowledge of a variety of

internal

housing repair works.

Must be willing to travel within East and West Midlands area.

Must Have Essentials: -

CSCS (preferred but not essential) Mobile phone with mobile data and capacity to use apps Current Clean DBS Certificate held Current Asbestos Awareness Certification Tools and Equipment Safety shoes / boots Registered / Trade Qualifications References (essential)

Job Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years proven experience in housing property maintenance. Good understanding at Multi-Trader level and strong skills in: carpentry (including kitchen installation), high quality plastering (board and skim) and patching, tiling, aqua panels, plumbing, mastic works, bathroom refurbishment and sanitary replacement and mould treatment and painting, etc. Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength High ethical standards, willingness to learn and innovate, and exhibit mature judgement Proven track record of producing high quality work with highest level of customer satisfaction You must be an experienced internal

multi-trader

(Ideally hold NVQ in relevant field) Clean DBS certificate
Role and responsibilities:

Carry out internal repairs and maintenance to both void and occupied properties using all multi-trade skills Schedule works and material requirements Compile and keep records To achieve and demonstrate a high level of customer satisfaction To comply with our Health and Safety Procedures and legislation Ensuring a right first time approach High focus on a clean working environment and the protection of customer property at all times
