As International Admissions Officer, you will play a key part in the International Admissions process with a detail-focused and collaborative commitment to fairness and inclusion. This role requires knowledge of sector developments while assessing UK and International qualifications to ensure fast and efficient turnaround times.
Candidate Summary:
Essential
Experience of working in Higher Education admissions
A working knowledge of UK and International qualifications.
Excellent IT skills, including word processing, advanced spreadsheet knowledge and e-mail.
Educated to degree level or equivalent.
Excellent written communications skills and the ability to write formal letters.
Good interpersonal and telephone skills and ability to relate to students and staff at all
levels of the University.
Good organisational skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
A flexible and team orientated approach to work.
Ability to work without supervision and on own initiative.
Experience of working with customers and a demonstrable commitment to customer
service.
An understanding of and demonstrable commitment to widening participation and
equality.
Desirable
Experience of working with SITS
Experience of issuing CAS and using ECCTIS for qualification mapping.
