As part of our expanding international sales strategy, we are recruiting for a dynamic and commercially minded International Sales Executive to lead business development and distributor account management across the USA, South America and Spanish-speaking regions.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will join a close-knit international sales team with a global remit, managing key export accounts and unlocking new opportunities across your assigned regions. This is a hands-on role with high commercial impact, combining relationship management, market development and strategic account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing distributor accounts across the USA and South America.
Identify, contact, and convert prospective distributors and business partners in target territories.
Deliver product and commercial training to partners to support their sales growth.
Monitor and forecast sales performance; analyse trends and implement corrective actions / propose initiatives to generate positive change.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams in logistics, marketing and in particularly with regulatory compliance to ensure smooth account operations.
Prepare and present regional territory plans with quarterly performance reviews and monthly sales updates.
Participate in international trade exhibitions and visit key markets (occasional overseas travel).
Keep updated on regional market dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You may have experience in B2B export sales or a flair for international business development and account handling. Spanish fluency is highly desirable and a proactive, self-starting approach is a must. Product and sales training will be given as well as other professional development training
Essential Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong commercial instincts and customer focus
Competent in Excel and CRM platforms. We use SAP business One
Cultural awareness and adaptability across global markets
Organised and self-motivated with strong follow-through
Desirable Experience
Previous international sales or export account management
Familiarity with medical devices, healthcare or FMCG industries
Spanish (native or business level) - highly desirable
Portuguese or other regional language skills is a bonus
Understanding of distributor models and compliance in international trade
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Base Salary: 28,000-33,000 (depending on experience)
Uncapped monthly commission (individual and team-based)
