, to provide top consultant services focusing on British private school, undergraduate and postgraduate's applications; British summer/winter camp applications; British school and university pre-visits; guardian services and visa application consultation; and London properties renting.

About the role



We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated

International Education Specialist

with a strong understanding of the UK education system. This role involves advising and guiding prospective, new, and continuing international students throughout their educational journey.

The International Education Specialist will assist with applications, assess student eligibility based on institutional requirements, and design tailored university application strategies based on each student's academic background and work experience. Additionally, this position requires establishing and maintaining relationships with schools and other educational institutions to expand our network and resources.

Key Responsibilities



Provide expert guidance on

GCSE, A-level, IB, undergraduate, and postgraduate

education for international students. Manage and support applications for

British summer and winter camps

. Advise students on selecting suitable university programs and guide them through the

entire application process

. Prepare and review all necessary documentation for applications and academic appeals. Submit applications, track their progress, and ensure all

deadlines

are met. Address and resolve student inquiries, providing

accurate and timely information

. Maintain detailed and organized

records

to ensure a smooth application process. Develop and sustain partnerships with

educational institutions

and identify future collaboration opportunities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with

schools, universities, and educational professionals

. Assist with

daily office administrative tasks

as needed.

About You



Bachelor's degree or higher

in a relevant field. Proven experience in

university applications, admissions preparation, or educational consultancy

. In-depth knowledge of the

UK education system

, including admissions processes and academic requirements. Fluent in

English

;

Mandarin proficiency

(written and spoken) is highly desirable. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

with a customer-focused approach.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

while also collaborating effectively within a team. Excellent

organizational and time management skills

, with the ability to

prioritize multiple tasks

. Ability to quickly

absorb and apply complex information

in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:



Monday-Friday; 9:30-18:00; 8 hours shift

Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Language

: English (required).

Experience:



Experience in education consultancy:

2 years (required).

Experience in customer service:

1 year (preferred).

Experience in administration
