Description



Join the International TV team who are responsible for Apple's TV business, driving overall revenue as well as subscriber growth for Apple TV, curating and running the TV app experience, programming and editorialising while striving to acquire engage and retain subscribers for Apple TV and our partners.




We are looking for a driven and results oriented, industry expert to drive acquisition, retention and engagement across our International markets (ex. US) for our first party business and partners. You will work closely with the Local teams in the priority markets to forecast, track and manage performance across the full subscription funnel and develop clear quarterly GTM plans to ensure we can effectively meet our goals.




In this role, you will be part of the International team based in London while maintaining a strong connection with the Global team in California. This will ensure you're aligned with all key initiatives and well-positioned to effectively communicate and implement them across International markets

","responsibilities":"Manage subscriber growth KPIs for our priority markets across the end to end subscription funnel, covering both our first party and third party businesses



Work with the Market Leads and Global team to build robust quarterly GTM plans to ensure growth targets are met, advocating for nuance by market where required




Lead regular business meetings with International Market Leads to track and review performance, defining initiatives to drive growth




Work closely with our Insight teams to deep dive into any key trends or performance factors and make recommendations for where we need to make adaptations for International



Build strong links with the Global Subscriber Growth and Livingroom teams to ensure you are across all Global initiatives and can clearly communicate / roll out to International markets




Champion International initiatives into the Global teams for prioritisation onto the roadmap



Analyse and articulate performance of our partnerships, including sign-ups, viewership, and churn.




Working closely with Business Development and Local Market Leads, create and manage specific plans to drive engagement for International partners and drive cross-functional delivery of those plans.



Preferred Qualifications



BA/BS degree preferred



Experience of working across several International markets



Minimum Qualifications



Strong proven experience working in digital media and/or TV, with a significant proportion spent in Subscriber Growth functions



Strong understanding of the SVOD business, key global/international players and industry trends.



Experience working on the end-to-end subscription funnel at an SVOD or Pay TV business, tracking, forecasting and optimising to drive uptake, engagement and retention.



Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills. A natural presenter who can quickly distill complex information to provide clarity and align key collaborators through Keynote.



An appreciation and passion for storytelling in TV and movies. A heavy Apple TV consumer.



The right mix of collaboration, influence and relationship building skills to be effective in a large cross-functional organisation.



Flexible and able to adjust quickly in a fast-evolving, high-profile business.
