DLA Piper are looking for an Inclusion Specialist to support the Head of Culture & Inclusion in leading the delivery of the client approach inclusion strategy aligned to the International firm.
You will be responsible for leading specific Inclusion initiatives and projects that support the firms client approach and position the firm as a leader for Inclusion. You will proactively collaborate with and provide current and leading edge subject matter expertise and support to the client Partners and Marketing and Business Development Team. You will also lead on the firms external inclusion partnerships and internal People Networks.
You will support the delivery of the firms Inclusion strategy across all groups and geographies (international coverage) which will position the firm as a truly inclusive global business law firm. This means paying close attention to our global audiences, applying sensitivity and diligence in interpreting and meeting their needs.
Main duties and responsibilities
Contribute actively to the delivery of firm-wide Inclusion priorities and action plans
Provide specialist expertise to support local People & Inclusion initiatives and Business Development activities
Act as an international ambassador for the firm in respect of Inclusion, including the management of relationships within the legal sector and in cross-sector network
Cultivate strong relationships with client partners to understand their unique culture and inclusion needs and objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging challenges in the field of inclusion.
Collaborate with and provide current and leading edge subject matter expertise and support to the client Partners and Markets and Business Development Team.
