Why this role matters:




As

International Key Account Manager

, you will play a vital role in driving the global growth of Pai by nurturing and expanding relationships with our key retail and distribution partners across international markets. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you'll be responsible for unlocking new opportunities, achieving commercial targets, and ensuring our brand is represented consistently and compellingly around the world.


This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role with plenty of scope to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, growing business.

What you'll be doing:

Account Management:

Own and manage strategic relationships with international key accounts, ensuring alignment with Pai's commercial objectives and brand values. +

ales Strategy & Growth:

Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to drive revenue growth, brand visibility, and market share.

Forecasting & Reporting:

Collaborate with internal teams to forecast sales, monitor performance, and provide accurate, timely reporting and analysis.
+

Market Expansion:

Identify and pursue new international sales opportunities in line with business strategy, including entering new territories or retail channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and launches in international markets.

Brand Advocacy:

Champion Pai's brand ethos and standards with partners, ensuring consistency in messaging, training, and execution.

Travel:

Represent Pai at international meetings, partner visits and events as needed

Leadership:

Mentor and develop a Junior International Key Account Manager

What you'll bring:



+ Proven experience in international key account management within beauty, skincare, or a related consumer goods industry. + Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate win-win agreements that drive mutual growth.
+ Experience working with distributors, retailers, or e-commerce platforms in international markets (EMEA, APAC, or North America).
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
+ Comfortable using data and insight to inform decisions and spot trends.
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
+ Passion for skincare, wellness, and Pai's mission to help people feel confident in their skin.
+ Fluency in a second language (desirable but not required).

This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days a week working at PAI HQ in Acton, London
