Responsibilities

International Key Account Manager (Pharmaceutical)

Salary: Up to \xc2\xa350,000 OTE
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire (Hybrid or remote on offer)
At commutable distance by car from St Albans, Watford, Hatfield, Hemel Hampstead, Edgware, Harrow, Chesham, Amersham, Borehamwood, Rickmansworth, Berkamsted, Hertfordshire

Experience in the Healthcare industry / any other highly regulated industry such as food / aeronautics

Main duties:
To manage a portfolio of international accounts, maintain a volume of turnover with an acceptable profit margin
Identify opportunities & develop new accounts with a strategy to achieve long term relationship and profitable growth

The Role:

• Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with dedicated accounts
• Prepare quotations and response to customer enquiries
• Develop solutions, prepare reports and drive opportunities
• Develop upselling and cross-selling possibilities
• Forescast and report on sales activities for all Accounts
• Outbound calls to existing and potential clients (warm calling)
• Analyse market data to assess potential gaps in the market and areas in which the company could develop further
• Travel at times to attend client meetings and exhibitions overseas

Candidate\'s Profile

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) Essential
• Fluency in either Arabic or any European language would be a strong advantage but

not essential

• Previous experience in Sales or Account Management
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Attention to detail \xe2\x80\x93 excellent numeracy
• IT literate (MS Office knowledge, Excel)
• Excellent customer and supplier relationships

Salary

up to \xc2\xa345,000 pa + 20% Bonus
