We specialise in Amazon FBA prep, international logistics, and warehouse operations, working closely with ambitious brands and global eCommerce operators.
We are now looking to hire an
International Logistics Co-ordinator
to support a major eCommerce company with their international expansion and manage end-to-end stock movement across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
As an International Logistics Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing inventory and shipments from purchase through to final delivery across global warehouses.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing the movement of stock from purchase order through to final warehouse delivery
Forecasting inventory levels and submitting inbound orders to warehouses via their WMS
Providing FNSKU labels, transparency codes, and shipping labels to warehouse teams for inbound shipments
Submitting replenishment requests for multiple marketplaces based on sales velocity, stock availability, and lead times
Co-ordinating international shipments and preparing all required shipping and transport documentation
Communicating shipment updates and timelines to internal stakeholders and external partners
Creating and managing inbound FBA shipments via Amazon Seller Central
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager and CEO
Required Experience
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (e.g.
Mintsoft, ShipHero
, or similar)
Ability to generate, review, and manage transport and shipping documents
Experience creating inbound FBA shipments via Amazon Seller Central
Inventory forecasting and Purchase Order request management
Strong working knowledge of
Google Drive
(Docs, Sheets, shared folders)
Preferred Experience
Experience using
Sellerboard
for inventory forecasting and planning
Skills & Attributes
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident managing multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Proactive, problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced eCommerce and logistics environment
