Your Role & Team in a Nutshell


As an International Marketing Manager, you will focus on managing projects related to new product development and management across the EMEA and APAC regions. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of iconic brands called Everyday Writing (EDW), which includes

Sharpie, PaperMate, Elmer's, Prismacolor, Berol, Reynolds

, and

Expo

. You'll be working independently while being part of a dynamic, collaborative team of 6 people.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Your Key Responsibilities:

NPD & Portfolio Management

Work closely with global brand teams to optimise the regional product portfolio, including new product development and localized packaging. Optimise assortment strategies to align with regional market needs and innovation goals. Ensure compliance with regional regulations while driving market innovation.

Other

Manage regional marketing plans, brand execution, and adaptation of global campaigns for local relevance. Analyze brand performance, ROI, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. Develop consumer communications and leverage eCommerce data to enhance omnichannel engagement. Conduct quarterly store checks and ensure alignment with merchandising and distribution principles.

What You'll Need

Minimum:

Proven experience in brand or trade/channel management within FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Durables sector Demonstrated experience in project management Proficiency in business analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, Circana). Experience managing international portfolios and localising global strategies.
