This is a full-time role for an Import Co-Ordinator. The applicant will handle the day-to-day tasks associated with shipping and logistics including forwarding and import processes as well as providing an excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Working to strict deadlines to co-ordinate multimodal imports from start to finish (this includes liaising with overseas agents / suppliers & customers).
- Producing Customs entries using CDS.
- Develop strong customer relationships to understand their shipping requirements and to deliver great customer service.
- Quotations
- Customer Billing.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPI's).
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skill
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office applications) preferred
- Fluent oral and written English is a must
