What you will be doing:
Work with inbound and outbound students/staff doing international opportunities.
Be responsible for engaging and advising students and staff about internal and external administration procedures regarding International Opportunities.
To explain complex procedures related to the rules of each opportunity scheme (for example investigate and propose remedial action of errors related to exchange timetables or incorrect module allocation).
To provide complex advice on grant calculations and payment procedures, accreditation/ recognition of mobilities/ activities via transport, the application processes including the internal requirements for travel approval and risk assessment.
Plan and lead the delivery on in-person/ online workshops, in lecture talks, briefings, presentations, and engage and advise students in 1-1 online/ in-person appointments.
To lead the development and delivery of a Digital Marketing for plan for international opportunities using social media, website, online networks and other channels.
Qualifications/ experience:
Level 3 qualification, such A level of Access to Higher Education Diploma or equivalent level of experience.
Relevant qualification or training or experience related to student international study and work abroad.
Degree or equivalent
Advice and guidance training or qualification.
