International Partnerships Manager — Hospitality Tech & Events

Job Summary


Kordie is growing its blended learning offering (online + multi-city in-person) and hiring a Partnerships Manager to secure, grow, and support strategic partnerships that expand our reach and build brand awareness.

What You'll Do



Source, qualify, and manage

partners across venues, hotel groups, associations, tech vendors, DMOs, and media.

Own outreach and negotiations

end-to-end--build clear value props and packages (paid + in-kind) through to signed agreements.

Lead pilots and media bundles

; plan co-marketing calendars, coordinate logos/copy/UTMs, and track impact on awareness and attendance.

Support existing partnerships

: renew/expand scope, ensure deliverables, and keep partners delighted.

Coordinate activations

(virtual or on-site as needed): branding, entitlements, comps, lead capture.

Maintain a clean pipeline

in the CRM; share concise weekly status and collaborate with ops/legal on simple MOUs/contracts.

Work globally with content, sales, and operations

to align speakers, activations, and timelines.

Who We're Looking For



Experience:

Minimum 3+ years in partnerships/business development (events, media, SaaS, travel tech, or hospitality). Proven record taking deals from outreach ? negotiation ? signed agreement.

Industry knowledge (bonus):

Hospitality background is a strong plus, but if you learn quickly and have results in adjacent sectors, we want to hear from you.

Proactive operator:

Self-starter who drives momentum, manages multiple partners at once, and owns follow-through to delivery.

People & comms:

Excellent listener and presenter; comfortable speaking with people from different countries, backgrounds, and business types.

Negotiation & organisation:

Confident negotiator with solid structuring/pricing skills and deadline discipline.

AI & innovation:

Confident user of AI tools to boost research, outreach drafting, meeting notes, and simple one-pagers; genuine interest in innovation/next gen hospitality is a plus.

Tools & hygiene:

CRM discipline, tidy docs/UTMs, strong Google Workspace.

Languages:

Fluent English required; additional languages are a bonus.

Setup:

Hybrid/remote; occasional travel helpful but not essential.

Pay: 25,415.58-61,666.56 per year
