With international channels in Spain, Italy, Germany, and France, we're expanding our team and looking for an International Production Coordinator to ensure the efficient planning and execution of video production.
The Role
------------
As International Production Coordinator, you'll be key in ensuring the smooth planning and execution of video production across our international channels.
You'll be based in our Bath office and work closely with our global team of content creators, presenters, and production team to manage logistics, coordinate production schedules, and ensure content is delivered on time and to budget.
From booking crew and equipment, to managing shoot permits and risk assessments, to helping define better production workflows, this is a role for someone who thrives on the production of YouTube content, organisation, and international collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing

Plan and coordinate video shoots across multiple countries, managing logistics from pre-production to post.
Liaise with international teams (presenters, producers, content leads) to align diaries and create workable filming schedules.
Book crew, locations, equipment, and travel, keeping all costs within budget and timelines on track.
Manage permits, licences, and risk assessments for all shoots, both domestic and international.
Work alongside the Production & Operations Manager to improve internal processes and scale content output effectively.
Help ensure each channel maintains a backlog of scheduled videos and meets weekly publishing targets.
Communicate clearly across multiple departments to translate creative briefs into real-world production plans.
Occasionally attend shoots in the UK and overseas to support on-the-ground logistics.

You're a problem-solver with confident communication skills, and you thrive in environments where no two days are the same. Whether it's a last-minute travel change or a complex international shoot, you stay calm, proactive, and focused on delivering high-quality results.

Essential Skills & Experience
Experience in production coordination (TV, digital, branded content, or similar).
Fluent in English and at least one other major European language (Spanish, Italian, German, or French).
Excellent project management and diary coordination skills, juggling multiple teams and locations is second nature.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a diplomatic approach and the ability to bring people together.
Able to travel internationally, sometimes at short notice, and work outside standard hours when required.
Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and basic project management tools.

Bonus Points For
Knowledge of video production processes (camera, sound, lighting, editing).
Experience with Trello, Basecamp or similar platforms.
Understanding of production regulations (e.g. Pact/BECTU, musicians' union rules).
A keen interest in cycling, whether road, mountain, or otherwise!
A full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in both the UK and EU.
What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6 months, you'll have: Delivered multiple international shoots across 2-3 markets.
Built solid working relationships with presenters, creators, and production teams.
Contributed to the development of scalable production workflows for our channel portfolio.
Helped maintain a healthy backlog of scheduled content for your assigned channels.
