Location: Chiswick, London

Work Type: Hybrid (50% office, 50% remote)



Join Starbucks as our International Retail Systems Manager, leading the global deployment and governance of Oracle Simphony POS across AP, EMEA, and LAC regions. You'll drive consistency, innovation, and partner experience through strategic vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do:



Own POS strategy, UI design, and change management processes. Lead vendor teams and ensure global alignment with Starbucks standards. Manage Oracle Simphony databases and reporting accuracy. Own global governance for pricing, promotions, and UI initiatives for Starbucks Digital Solutions. Support regional teams with new market onboarding
