Summary

We are seeking an Internal International Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our sales operations internationally and ensuring our clients receive outstanding service. Based at our location in Lye, Stourbridge, you will contribute to our mission of providing top-tier industrial solutions.

Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Technical Sales Manager in managing customer inquiries and processing orders. Support the preparation of sales proposals and documentation. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Provide excellent customer service to build lasting relationships. Stay informed about industry trends and product updates. External and Internal Project management of live orders - keeping track of due dates, supply by dates, sub con processes, keeping track of quotes out with supplier Export processing - creating commercial invoices, certificate of origins, organising logistics and ensuring we keep on track.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Knowledge of industrial products or HVAC market is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Organized with excellent attention to detail. Enthusiastic about learning new industry information. Previous experience in a technical or industrial environment is advantageous.

Pay: From 13.50 per hour
