The Opportunity
We're seeking a confident and professional
International Sales Consultant
with
experience working with Chinese-speaking investors and buyers
in the prime London property market. Based at a luxury development's on-site Marketing Suite in Battersea, this role is highly customer-facing, requiring strong cultural awareness, property expertise, and the ability to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth overseas clients.
This is a prime opportunity to represent a world-class brand and help deliver the full sales journey--from enquiry and viewings to legal exchange and completion.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operation of the marketing suite and show apartments
Deliver premium customer service and property tours to international clients
Convert enquiries into qualified leads and closed sales
Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to progress sales
Build trust-based relationships with estate agents and international introducers
Deliver full development briefings to overseas investors and local agents
Assist in VIP events, international exhibitions, and in-person or virtual presentations
Conduct competitor research and provide market intelligence reports
Support with handovers, post-completion care, and client relationship management
Candidate ProfileEssential:
Minimum
2 years' experience
in
new homes sales
with a UK housebuilder or estate agency
Proven experience working with
Mandarin-speaking clients
or Chinese international buyers
Strong understanding of London's prime residential market and new-build processes
Familiar with AML checks, compliance, and legal sales procedures
High level of professionalism, presentation, and cultural sensitivity
Able to work a
7-day rota
, including
3 weekends per month
Confident, proactive, and highly organised
Desirable:
Mandarin or Cantonese language skills
Existing network of international agents and property introducers
Experience working on mixed-use or large-scale developments
Strong CRM and reporting skills
