Position: International Sales Director (ILI)

Location: Chester, UK

: As the sales director at Vector Inspection, you will be responsible for overseeing sales strategic direction of the company. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure the achievement of organisational goals within the oil & gas and energy sectors.

Responsibilities:

Identify and win new pipeline inspection business opportunities in the international market, particularly in the ILI pipelines and furnace inspection industry. Oversee the day-to-day sales operations with the goal of maximising growth in international markets Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, promoting collaboration and professional development. Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to maximise profitability. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Perform technical demonstrations of inspection and present technical papers at conferences on our latest developments Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes to maintain a leading edge.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a ILI technical sales role, preferably within the oil & gas or energy sectors. Strong understanding of non-destructive testing and intelligent pigging inspection technologies. Exceptional skills in strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
