This is a strategic international sales role based in Twickenham, Greater London. The successful candidate will lead distributor relationships and drive commercial growth across multiple regions including Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. With a mix of business development, marketing, and travel, this role is ideal for a self-starter ready to make a global impact.
This role combines international business development with distributor management and strategic marketing.

• Generate revenue across the company's medical device portfolio within hospitals and healthcare organisations
• Identify and convert new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of customers and key opinion leaders
• Manage and support international distributors, ensuring aligned strategies across regions
• Represent the business at global conferences, exhibitions, and workshops
• Collaborate with internal teams including product development, marketing, and regulatory affairs
• Travel internationally up to 50% across UK, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East

West London Office, 2/3 days a week. Lead international sales and distributor partnerships.
A commercially driven international sales professional with strong healthcare experience and distributor management expertise.

• 5+ years' experience in international medical device sales, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Proven ability to develop new markets and establish strategic partnerships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional competency in English; additional European or Middle Eastern languages a plus
• Knowledge of wound care or infection markets desirable

The candidate must also have access to the West London office 2/3 days a week.
